Hello world.
Yes yes, i know my blog's collecting dust, i know. -_-
I just haven't been feeling enthusiastic enough to blog about my life this holiday, God knows why.

Too many things happened, i don't know where to begin.

Hari Raya Haji was just plain boring. What's new ey? Was suppose to visit Hanis on the day itself but i so conveniently fell sick in the evening. Fever of 39.6 for no reason.

Try being me for a week. Only then will you know how it feels like to fall ill and not be able to consume any form of medication for reasons such as allergy reactions. Try not being able to eat anything containing Paracetemol ie something as basic as Panadol, any anti-biotics, cold medication, cough syrup and what not. Most recently found allergy is that towards the only pill I have left that could save my life, Ponstan. As for now, I have nothing left to cure fever, migrane and cold, except optimism and just fucking shitload of patience to bear with things. It's not that I love cancelling plans last minute dear. Try being me and you'd know how difficult and burdening it would be to make plans, and then having to worry and pray that you don't fall sick on the date itself, and on top of that worrying about disappointing the other party should the plan fail due to unforeseen circumstances. This is my fate and no fucking amount of technological advancements can change what God has bestowed upon me. At least i'm able bodied and i have a roof over my head.

On a lighter note, I just came back from awesome Vietnam! For those who know me well enough to have made it to my facebook list of contacts, the pictures are up in my Vietnam 08 album so I shan't be bothered to post any here, plus blogger takes forever to load pictures into posts.
Vietnam is in stark contrast to New Zealand really. Ho Chi Minh City takes the phrase 'hustle and bustle' to a whole new level, where noise is a way of life and honking is a means of survival. Food is never a problem, especially for those who aren't Muslim and those who are but have deviated from the basic morals that define a Muslim. Street side hawkers are commonplace and I tell you, they make the best waffle crisps and madelines in town bebeh! Helmets and masks for the purpose of protection from air pollution come in gazillion different colours and designs, including Burberry and LV. LOL. They have become a fashion statement there in Vietnam with some motorists trying to spot the trendiest of looks. If you haven't seen women in 4 to 6 inch heels riding Vespas and motorbikes or motor-runned bicycles, then you haven't seen Vietnam.

Bangkok pales in comparison to Ho Chi Minh in terms of quality of air and city culture. No matter how congested Ho Chi Minh's roads were, with the number of motorbikes and scooters probably exceeding the population itself, the air was still somewhat cooling and definitely did not reek of burning fuel, like the air in Bangkok. If you're in search of life's cheapest thrill, go to Ho Chi Minh. You'll find that something as mundane as crossing roads could result in the adrenaline rush you would never have expected.

Till the next time i blog, goodnight!
ps; i'm broke and in need, desperate need, of a job!
