Today, i tipped a 67 years old Eurasian basker named Kenneth and ended up striking a long comversation with the man at the tunnel. One of the random things i do in life to make it a memorable one. I learnt alot from him, from the musician life he led, to how starfruits can help clear my throat and better my health, on how prunes are good to satiate my hunger for a longer period of time. He taught me about life a little. Having thought that i was of his race, he wished me a merry christmas, only to find out later on that i was celebrating hari raya haji earlier on today. Strangely enough, he reminded me about blessings in life and how karma is in the form blessings. That a blessing comes unexpectedly. We sang a little and he promised to be my mentor the next time i pass by him. He plays at five spots in singapore, namely clark quay, novena, buono vista, toa payoh and bukit panjang. I love how that 20mins spent with him made my day. The last thing he said, "stay pretty as a picture like you are now, god bless you for your heart, let me see your acoustic guitar the next time u pass me by, i might just buy it from you :)"

And that just made my day so much better, so much better from all the drama.
